Application:
In agochemical industry,  we always need to produce WDG. There are three kinds of WDG granules: Round shape, strip shape and pellet shape.
If we want to get round shape granules, one turbojet fluid bed granulator is OK. 
If we want to get strip shape granules, the production line will be made up of mixing-granulating-drying-sieving four steps.
If we want to get pellets shape granules, the production will be made up of mixing-granulating-pelleting-drying-sieving five steps.


General description of  strip shape WDG granules:

This production line is mainly consists of the following steps:  Mixing, Granulating, Drying,  Sieving

First, Mixing different powder materials and binder uniformly (Equipment name : GHL High speed mixer)

Second: Granulating by extruding granulating, we can get strip granules. (Equipment: XL Extruding granulator)

Third: Transferring the strip damp granules to the dryer for drying (Equipment:ZLG  vibrating fluid bed dryer for drying)

Fourth:  Sieving the different particle size granules by a sifter. (Equipment: Vibrating sieve)
