On the basis of the opinions of enterprises and the decision of the enterprise, it was decided by the study to jointly publish the “Notice on Adjusting the Interim Provisions for the Adjustment of Import Tax Policies for Major Technical Equipment” No. 2010 No. 17 of the fiscal revenue, and the equipment list attached to the “Provisional Regulations on the Import Tax Policy for Major Technical Equipment”. Adjustments to the list of goods, including the main contents of the construction machinery industry:

I. 19 types of engineering machinery products included in the "National Major Support Equipment and Product Catalog (2010 Revision)" and "Key Imported Key Technical Equipment and Products, Raw Material Commodities (Revised in 2010)". : Hydraulic excavators of 30 tons or more, bulldozers of 410 hp or more, loaders of 6 tons or more, hydraulic vibratory rollers of 18 tons or more, pavers of 9 meters or more, milling machines of 1 meter or more, 200 tons and Overhead bridge equipment (including bridge cranes, beam transporters, beam lifters, etc.), cold and hot regenerative equipment of 300 kilowatts or more, crawler cranes of 200 tons or more, all-terrain cranes of 100 tons or more, concrete pumps of 40 meters or more Vehicles, 8 cubic meters or more concrete mixers, 2000 mm or more rotary drilling rigs, large-scale cement asphalt mortars, three-stage concrete pumps and large-scale full-surface roadheaders, standard bucket capacity ≥20m3 large front shovel mining excavator , 108 tons or more electric wheel non-road mining dump trucks, 85 tons or more mechanical transmission non-road mining dump trucks, etc. Since April 25, 2010, products that meet the specified conditions are exempt from customs duties and import links. Notice requirements shall be implemented from April 25th, 2010. Import tax shall be levied on items listed in Article 3 of the newly approved provisional regulations and on imports of technology and accessories and spare parts that meet the specified conditions. By April 25, 2010 ( The above-mentioned projects and equipment that are not subject to approval shall continue to be implemented in accordance with the relevant annexes to the original provisional regulations before October 25, 2010.
