According to reports, the development prospects of China's civil aviation and freight transportation are very broad. From 2008 to 2013, the world's civil aviation cargo and mail turnover increased at an average annual rate of 3.5%. The average annual throughput increased by 7.3%.

Li Jun said that the State Council's recently promulgated "Mid-term and long-term plan for the development of the logistics industry (2014-2020)" clearly proposes that logistics companies should be encouraged to expand and strengthen through equity participation, mergers and acquisitions, and collaborative alliances to form a group of advanced technology. The large-scale modern logistics enterprise groups with prominent main business operations and strong core competitiveness have improved the integration and networking level of logistics services through large-scale operations, and formed a good momentum for the common development of large and small logistics enterprises. According to the pattern of China's aviation logistics market and the existing layout of air cargo companies, express delivery companies, sales, and cargo agency agencies, they should be reorganized according to market rules and break the boundaries of different ownership systems.
