Vibrating screens are a common phenomenon. Good vibrating screens generally have the characteristics of “smooth and vibration-free”. There will be no obvious resonance and aftershocks. If there is severe shaking, the operator needs to pay attention.

In general, there are many reasons for the sloshing of the vibrating screen. For example, the exciting force generated by the vibrating screen of the vibrating screen is deflected and deflected; the spring damping system of the linear vibrating screen and the different components are faulty. The discounted vibrating screen is not placed on a horizontal surface, the screen surface can not maintain the radial clearance of the bearing such as the horizontal; the geometrical accuracy of the bearing; the friction and lubrication of the bearing; the outer ring and the supporting hole are matched.

Specifically, when the exciter of the stainless steel vibrating screen is eccentrically vibrated, if it is the exciter, the weight of the eccentric mass can be increased to adjust the amplitude; if it is a vibrating motor, the amplitude is adjusted by the angle of the eccentric block at both ends of the shaft. To change the magnitude of the exciting force, the angle is small, the exciting force is increased, and the amplitude is increased. Conversely, the angle is increased, the exciting force is small, and the amplitude is small. For the shaft eccentric vibrator, the counterweight flywheel and the counterweight on the pulley can be increased or decreased to increase or decrease the amplitude of the vibrating screen.

When the vibration exciter is working, the centrifugal force generated by the eccentric weight causes the eccentric shaft to bend, resulting in the relative deflection of the inner ferrule and the outer ring of the bearing, and the eccentricity generates vibration caused by the frequency conversion and its various frequency steps, so that the operation occurs. The inertial force and the inertial force couple will cause the dynamic reaction force and vibration of the bearing, destroy the smooth working state of the bearing and other components, and generate high-frequency vibration.

If the excitation force of the stainless steel vibrating screen is too large, the bearing will be subjected to a very large radial force, resulting in strong vibration. Vibrating screen experts say that the higher the bearing accuracy, the smaller the vibration. When the raceway, especially the waviness on the surface of the rolling element, has a greater influence on the vibration of the bearing, the relative movement of the rolling element and the gap between the cage and the rolling surface of the inner and outer rings causes the vibration of the bearing.

Because the rolling body has a high spin frequency, the working surface is in contact with the inner and outer raceways at the same time, and the vibration generated by the rolling elements, the ferrule and the cage is about 4:3:1. Therefore, reducing the bearing vibration should first improve the surface machining accuracy of the rolling elements.

So, how to solve the problem of severe vibration of stainless steel vibrating screen? Vibrating screen experts suggest that you can start from the source and upgrade equipment design and manufacture. Check that the screen frame of the vibrating screen is a standard rectangle, not a parallelogram; check whether the spring support of the screen machine in the design and manufacturing process is the same as the spring stiffness.

Also check that the self-synchronization between the two vibrators is normal. Whether the phase angles of the main and auxiliary pain blocks of the vibrators on the two sides of the unified shaft can be adjusted because it affects whether the exciting force generated is consistent.

The relevant manufacturers also suggested that some techniques can prevent the severe vibration of the vibrating screen. For example, each adjustment must make the angle of the eccentric block at both ends of the vibration motor equal and biased to the same side of the vibration motor. Check the rubber springs to ensure that there are no height differences between the springs. If they are present, replace the damaged parts to solve them.

In addition, it is possible to perform a comprehensive balance check on the linear vibrating screen equipment and ensure that the screen surface is in a horizontal position. The lifting angle of the equipment can also be recalculated to keep the lifting tension consistent.
