The test requires the water meter to open and close the valve 1000 times under the flow condition of the common flow (Q3). After that, the valve is required to be closed to measure the leakage. At present, the durability test of water meter electronically controlled valves generally adopts the manual card control valve switching mode. The manual operation needs to be completed in at least 6 days, which takes a long time and is inefficient, and the card control switch valve is inconvenient to operate, and it is easy to manually record the data.
In view of this situation, the present invention provides a test system and an implementation method thereof. The method mainly adopts a single-chip microcomputer programming to automatically control the electronically controlled valve switch and displays the switch state of the electronically controlled valve through an indicator lamp. The number of valve switches is accumulated by variables in the program and displayed by the LCD.

The LED light display module receives the switch status and drives the LED red light circuit or the LED green light circuit according to the different switch status.
