Diodes introduces the AL8807 step-down switching mode LED driver. With a switching frequency of up to 1MHz and tightly controlled switching rise and fall times, it is designed to reduce electromagnetic interference (EMI) in low-cost MR16LED luminaires. To achieve high output power requirements, the driver can operate from an input voltage of 6V to 30V, providing up to 1A of constant current for up to eight LEDs in series.
With a current accuracy of 5, the driver meets the requirements of most low-voltage lighting applications and improves the brightness of the lamp between the 3W LED lighting system. The driver's efficiency is as high as 96, and its output current setting is simple, just use an external resistor.
