The main function of the synchronous coupling plate is to make the output rate of the motor for the two different transmission ratios of the drive chain synchronously increase or decrease continuously variable speed. Its working principle is to output control signals directly to the control board through variable resistors. By comparing the feedbacks of the two motors, the control signals of the control board are automatically fine-tuned to achieve the purpose of motor speed control, and the simultaneous increase and decrease of the rotation speed of the grinding wheel and the workpiece motor is ensured. When the coupling plate is working, the feedback signals of the grinding wheel motor and the workpiece motor are controlled by the logic circuit. When the waveforms of the two feedback signals differ by about a period, the switch is opened and the motor is stopped to protect the equipment.
Coupling board operating conditions: After the AC and DC power is fed into the coupling board, the switch on the coupling board should be closed, indicating that the synchronous coupling is ready. When the teleport button is clicked, the DC power is introduced into the coupling plate, indicating that the motor control board is checked correctly. After the work button is pressed, the drive coupling plate sends a start command signal to the two motor control boards to start the motor.
