4. When the concentration of gas in the closed roadway does not exceed 3%, the person in charge of the level shall be responsible for the discharge. When more than 3%, the person in charge of the level shall submit written measures, approved by the person in charge of the mine, and discharged by the mine leader. The mine rescue team assisted in the discharge.

5. The work of discharging gas should be carried out from the outside to the inside. It is strictly forbidden to discharge gas at the same time in two gas-limited locations in one production system.

6. After the local ventilator is turned on, the two staff members who wear the self-rescuer walk in tandem, gradually withdraw the enclosed area, and gradually add the air duct from the outside to the inside.

7. In gas emission, when the gas concentration is below 1.0%, it can enter the shutdown area.
